Here's a September early fall photo dump of numerous animals that have recently left and some that are staying recently had a very unexpected acute health issue arise and had to downsize drastically everything indoor for my own well being for the time being its never easy letting go of animals you raise years for now its time for preparing for the cool and wet season coming ahead of us here have to do some major shifting here

With the Fall season starting now I decided to pull out some of white flavifasciata adult colony before they start to cool down and I start seeing them less and less into winter these guys will always be my favorite species to keep didn't realize how much they have grown with me these past couple years some have been here close to 10 years and are still thriving and still have plenty of growing to do the color and pattern diversity in this species is amazing definitely one of the most underrated species to keep in the community

Here is a possible pair of some of my Morrocan flames uromastyx colony I received a year ago from EU imports they have settled in well and acclimated great really happy how they adjusted and hoping to produce these guys in the future love the variety and pattern difference between both

Got home last night after the LA pet fair to find a clutch of yellow banded uromastyx eggs laid by the female in one of my yellow pairs unfortunately the eggs don't look promising this is the reality of breeding sometimes things don't always go as you expect just have to have patience when these animals are ready hoping for a better season on these next season she did lay 13 eggs though

Here are two nice young male yemenensis that have been growing well this season the younger male was produced by my friend Scott Wilson in 2024 and the older animal is a animal that was imported in 2021 from my friend Lisabeth in quebec years ago both nice examples of same species , but different diversity in color and pattern with in its self

We finally got some warm weather this week after a few cold , rainy and windy stints here in So cal and with the temps rising so have some animals activities increased also first some of my 2024 uromastyx yemenensis Im raising up from a Canadian shipment they are doing really great thriving growing well raising these up to mix with my other yemenensis colony , the following babies are last season's babies a friend back east hatched out last season, I also added some photos off my baby uromastyx princeps who hatched here by me doing well growing but anyone who has raised princeps knows how small babies are when they are born and how slow they grow from all the babies and species i have had luck producing princeps are by far the smallest I have seen hatched , I included a group photo shot of some of last year's babies from yemenensis, princeps and ocellata , lasty i added some photos of some white bandeds both males being hatched here but females came from other breeders im raising up for future breeding hoping to produce more f2 and hoping for f3 white bandeds in the future. Im also hosting my very first auction this weekend on Morph market live event for anyone looking to add something to the collection or a new family member it will be Saturday afternoon around 1 pm pacific thanks for checking out the pics

Im letting go a possible trio of holdback white banded uromastyx I produced and recently got back from different customers a year ago was gonna keep to breed , but need the room for my nigriventris flames yearlings only DM for serious inquiries local pick up in So Cal and shipping to fed ex hub only with weather permitting

Here is a winter photo dump been super busy this off season with some unexpected maintenance needed on some adult uromastyx enclosures the old fluorescent grow light i was using all decided to crash back to back so had to get them replaced we got hit with good amount rain here in California earlier in winter , but as of now this week we have been getting some unusual warmer weather and alot of animals have come out of brumation and come out eating pretty good , but still not like spring or summer metabolism I have pictured a adult male white banded male , my Egyptian Tortoises, some diff species of baby greeks tortoises all growing well and my baby white banded uromastyx growing really well this winter season they went down a bit on really cold rainy days , but have been really active still. Hoping everyone has a safe and great start to their New years and great success this season to there breeding projects .
