Sooo...not a fun topic & thankfully not common in the Valley. But full transparency, I have had 4 dogs this Summer with fleas.

Most likely fleas make contact with dogs that travel: to the Mesa, out of town camping = higher elevation/wetter climate

Since our area doesn't experience fleas typically, knowledge of the life cycle & treatment is not common. But I grew up in the Midwest & have Veterinary training so fleas fun facts are part of my grey matter - have questions? Feel free to ask!

💦1st wave of Fall/Winter appointment dates have been sent...more to come. As I settle into my new role as a "retired grade school transportation specialist" aka my kids are old enough to transport themselves 😬

💦I will be adjusting my daily appointment start time, as of now 9am - we'll see how traffic/travel times play along.

💦Also worth noting; I will be converting everyone to a text only method of conversation, meaning if we typically FB Messenger I will be reaching out to get phone #'s.

💦I plan on figuring out which scheduling software I would like to start using rather than doing it manually so we will all be on the same format.
(It is 100% my least favorite part of my job & clearly is an area I can use improvement!) 🤦‍♀️

Luna has a school trip planned this Summer to Belize & between her cleaning & working seasonally at Studt's Pumpkin Patch she has saved quite a healthy sum toward paying her own way. Unfortunately we had a rather wet Fall & so she didn't make her goal 💲 at the Pumpkin Farm this year due to weather closures.
Soooo....how does a 15 yr old make some cash?
