🐾 Late Pickup Policy 🐾

We kindly ask that all pets be picked up at the scheduled pickup time or promptly after receiving our pickup text or phone call.

We are not equipped to house dogs beyond their scheduled pickup time, and late pickups can delay our next appointments. We want to be fair to all of our clients who arrive on time and help keep our schedule running smoothly.

Beginning immediately, a $10 late pickup fee will be added to the grooming total for every 15 minutes past the time of our pickup text or phone call.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, so please communicate with us as soon as possible if you are running late. Thank you for respecting our time, our schedule, and our other clients. We truly appreciate your understanding! 🐶💗
