I will have a very small number of babies starting this year. My current pairs are getting a little older, and I don’t plan on adding new breeders to my flock.

Remembering Snuggle

This is one of my favorite video of Snuggle and my son. There is no denying the love they have for each other. Snuggle really help my son get through tough time and he can always count on her to be there when he is feeling alone.

Last night as we were cleaning cages, I saw my son staring into the direction of her empty cage. I went over to him and asked if he was okay, he said he couldn’t believe she is gone. We cried and hugged. Snuggle has taught us unconditional love and that we are never alone. Our family is incomplete with her. We really appreciate all the kind words and support. Our road to healing will be challenging, but we will get there. ❤️

Today we lost our precious girl, Snuggle.
She was the best bird and brought us so much joy. I honestly don’t know how to move forward from losing her. It was an accident and we tried our best to save her but our best was not enough.
We are completely devestated and will need time to grieve. I will not be replying to messages for awhile during this time. I hope you guys can understand.

We love you so much, Snuggle. Fly high my sweet girl.
