SAP TESTING vs TISSUE TESTING:
Well, We hear all the time about how "Tissue Testing" is the only way to show what is in the plant. Well, We are kicking back on this too! It absolutely is telling you what has been SPRAYED ONTO THE LEAF!. Here is how the lab gathers that information...You send in the leaves, and they grind them up...then dry them in an oven. Then they do their lab analysis of ALL that material. So its like mixing up a cake mix, and forgetting to add an egg. You pour into a pan, and place that pan in the oven. when the cake is done, and you eat a slice, do you know the egg is missing by tasting it? I think not....but it is NOT in the mix.
Now, Sap Testing measures the Blood of the plant. (proving if the egg is there or not)
I'm here to tell you that whatever is missing in the "Cake" will show up!. Sap testing is absolute. Tissue is a total mix of a dry matter sample that really tells you nothing. We will always stand behind this....it's simple science, really.
Look, we get why you like traditional tissue tests—they've been around forever. But we are in the 21st century and technology has changed a lot.Remember using "markers" on the planter from many decades ago? Now, GPS does the job. Well, agriculture is moving from tissue to sap! And we are doing a lot of it! We have producers using products, and also tissue testing and after 3-4 years of this, seems not to improve the crops.
But drying and burning a leaf tells us what's locked in the structural skeleton of the plant; it doesn't tell us what's moving through its bloodstream.
Our sap tests look directly into the xylem and phloem to see what the plant is actively digesting today. It lets us spot a nutrient deficiency 21 days before your test ever will, allowing us to fix the problem with our liquid catalysts before the crop ever loses an ounce of yield!
