We want to sincerely apologize for the recent delays and stock shortages of our Furbulous Trash Bag Refill Boxes. Simply put, we made a mistake in our rolling inventory forecast. We anticipated standard monthly subscriptions, but so many of you ordered large multi-box bundles that our warehouse stock cleared out much faster than expected. To keep supplies moving, we have been shipping recent orders directly from our manufacturing facility.
This moment deeply reminds us of our early crowdfunding days on Indiegogo. Turning a simple sketch into a mass-produced product meant long wait times and countless apologies, but our early supporters showed us immense grace and patience. Seeing that same passionate demand today fills us with deep gratitude—and makes us want to apologize even more for letting you down on a daily essential.
Please rest assured we are doing everything possible to fix this. We currently have over 30,000 trash bag refill boxes in transit to our domestic warehouses, with an estimated Amazon Logistics arrival date of November 2, 2026. While transit and check-in schedules are outside our direct control, our team is monitoring progress daily to get stock available as fast as possible.
