🐾 A little scheduling reminder from The Hound Lounge

As we head into the colder months, we may occasionally need to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, or unexpected family obligations. We both have little ones at home, and during the winter months, sickness tends to make the rounds a little more often.

On that same note, Kylie is navigating a recent health diagnosis within her family, so there may be times when she needs to adjust previously scheduled appointments on short notice.

We’ll always do our best to keep rescheduling to a minimum, and if we do need to move your appointment, we’ll communicate with you as quickly as possible and work to get you rescheduled promptly.

We’re a two person team, and while we truly love and appreciate every one of our clients, we’re also human — and sometimes family has to come first. We truly appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding when life happens. 🤎
