We have several clients that use compounded medications from Wedgewood Pharmacy. Please check your medications to see if they are affected by this recall.

RECALL ALERT: Wedgewood Pharmacy LLC is voluntarily recalling nearly 4,000 compounded veterinary medications within expiry at the provider/customer level due to potential potency issues.

The affected products were shipped between February 18, 2026 and October 6, 2026 to veterinary practices, pharmacies, and other customers nationwide in the U.S. A complete list of affected products (including powders, pastes, oral suspensions, injectables, ophthalmic ointments and solutions, ear solutions and suspensions, topical sprays, and gels), lot numbers, and expiration dates are available at www.wedgewood.com/recall-lookup/. Update: We are open today, however we will not be able to do annual wellness vaccinations and some of our monthly injectable medications due to power outages. Our receptionists will be in contact to reschedule these appointments. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this situation.

With the impending approach of Isaias, we will be closed Friday, October 9 to allow our staff to prepare for the storm. We are planning to reopen Monday, October 12 at 8 am. If you have a veterinary emergency, contact Niceville Emergency Clinic at 850-729-3335.
