The Dog Spaw of Freehold is looking for a full-time Front End Receptionist / Salon Assistant to join our growing team!

Position Details:
🕣 Hours are generally 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with some flexibility)
📅 Working days would be Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend availability is required and a MUST.

We’re looking for someone who:
🐾 Has outstanding customer service skills
🐾 Is familiar with most common dog breeds
🐾 Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with ease
🐾 Can confidently manage the schedules of our 13 groomers
🐾 Is comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
🐾 Takes pride in helping keep our salon clean, organized, and welcoming
🐾 Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team

As we celebrate our nation’s independence, we would like to wish all of our wonderful clients, customers, their families, and of course their furry companions a safe, happy, and fun-filled holiday!

Please note that in observance of Independence Day, both of our locations will be closed today so our team can enjoy the holiday with their loved ones.

🚨 Just a Summer Safety PSA! 🚨

Although most pet parents already know this, it still happens far too often…

NEVER leave your pet unattended in a vehicle during warm weather.

Even on what may feel like a mild day, the temperature inside a parked car can rise to dangerous and potentially fatal levels within minutes — even with the windows cracked open.

A few minutes can be all it takes for a pet to suffer from heat exhaustion, heatstroke, or worse.

If your dog can’t go inside with you, it’s always safest to leave them comfortably at home.

Please help us spread awareness and keep our four-legged family members safe this summer! 🐶🐾
