🐾 BIG NEWS FOR PARTNERS WITH PAWS! 🐾

We received some AMAZING news this morning! Partners with Paws is officially an AKC Approved Therapy Dog Program! 💙

This is such an exciting step for our organization as we continue expanding our programs beyond service dogs and facility dogs!

So what does this mean?

Partners with Paws can now verify therapy dog visits for eligible teams working toward their AKC Therapy Dog titles! This means that dogs volunteering through our approved program can earn recognition from the American Kennel Club for the time they spend bringing comfort, happiness, and companionship to others.

With this exciting news, we would LOVE to welcome more pet parents and their dogs to our growing Partners with Paws Therapy Dog Volunteer Teams!

Therapy dogs can make such an incredible difference in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and other community settings. Whether it's bringing a smile to someone's face or simply providing comfort during a difficult day, these dogs have such a special job. ❤️

Interested in getting involved? We're offering a NEW 6-week Therapy Dog Class!

🐶 Starts November 3rd at 6 PM

📍 Autumglo Pet Lodge in Fredonia, WI

🐾 Open to friendly, confident dogs over 1 year old with prior obedience training.

All dogs must complete a private evaluation before beginning the group class. Dogs without prior training are encouraged to complete our CGC class first.

We are so excited to continue growing this side of Partners with Paws and can't wait to welcome more amazing dogs and handlers who want to give back to their communities!
