With warmer weather here, grooming appointments are filling quickly and I’m already booking several weeks out. Advance booking is strongly encouraged.

I’m also traveling for horse shows with my cutting horses, and I’ll have my schedule with me on the road. Because of my show schedule I will add some additional hours to try to “catch up”.

At this time I have also halted any new customers to better serve my current ones.

Please plan ahead and message or call to secure your preferred appointment time before spots are gone. 🐾

🐾Important Cancellation Policy🐾

I am a one-on-one home-based groomer, and I reserve specific time blocks for each pet. This means I only schedule one pet at a time.

Recently, I’ve experienced an increase in day-before and same-day cancellations, which makes it difficult to keep the schedule running smoothly.

To maintain fairness and protect the time I set aside for each appointment…

🎄 Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
100% of the grooming fee is due.

🎄 Cancellations within 24–48 hours:
50% of the grooming fee is due.

🐾Drop off and Pick Up🐾

Please be on time for your appointment. This time is scheduled for your pet and your pet only. I allocate 10-15 minutes between grooms for pick up and drop off. Arriving too early or too late interferes with this process.

Thank you for understanding the importance of respecting scheduled appointments and the time dedicated to your pets. 🐾
