Saturday plans changed. Ours did too.

Wickett + Dusty’s guardian got called into work unexpectedly, so here we are.

When we say we’re part of your pet care team, we mean it. Rain or shine, planned or unexpected, you should be able to depend on the people caring for your dogs.

And all of us agree, give us this cool drizzle over that summer heat any day. 😂

Wickett and Dusty strolling in tandem, moving almost completely in unison. A car passes, Wickett gets interested, one quick auditory cue and he’s right back with us.

What you’re seeing here didn’t happen overnight. Before becoming part of the WagTime family, Wickett and Dusty weren’t being strolled together really at all. Their guardians had to take them out one at a time.

Today, we stroll hands-free and together. That matters to us. We’re not out here trying to control every step a dog takes. We build communication, rhythm and connection so we can move as a team.

No pulling. No fuss. We move together.

We’ve come a long way boys.

That’s the WagTime way.

Happy First Day of Fall 🍁

60° + a little drizzle? Chase said keep it moving. 😂

At WagTime™, we’re rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.

Rain is part of a dog’s natural world. We’ve helped dogs who were genuinely uncomfortable with it simply because they hadn’t had many opportunities to experience it.

So don’t cancel their Stroll just because the weather doesn’t feel good to you.

After the summer we’ve had? This probably feels pretty damn good. 😂

And yes we’ll dry them off before we bring them home.

WagTime has grown. 🐾

We’re no longer simply a pet-care service you call when you need a walk or drop-in.

WagTime is now a Pet Concierge + Community Amenity, bringing professional, relationship-based pet care directly into the neighborhoods we serve.

Here’s why that matters.

When several WagTime families live close together, our Companions spend less time driving and more time caring for dogs. That efficiency allows us to pass 💰 back to residents through Community Care Savings.

Because quality pet care should not be out of reach simply because a family cannot afford premium one-family-at-a-time pricing.

And the standard of care doesn’t change.

Our Companions get to know your dog. Visits are GPS tracked. Safety protocols are in place. Families receive meaningful care reports. And our time together is about more than getting outside to potty sniffing, movement, exploration, mental wellness and opportunities to simply be a dog matter here.

We’re also bringing jobs into the communities we serve, giving people who already love and care for dogs an opportunity to become trained WagTime Companions with education, professional standards, support and a team behind them.

What does a WagTime stroll look like?

Sometimes, it takes 27 minutes just to make it out the front door.

Finn recently moved into a new home, and for a dog who already experiences the world with more fear and uncertainty, there is a lot to unpack.

New building.
New sounds.
New doors.
New routines.
A whole new environment to make sense of.

Finn knows me. We already have a relationship. But familiarity with me doesn’t automatically make everything around him feel safe.

So we sat.

Front door open. No pulling him through it. No rushing because the clock was ticking. No deciding for him that he was “fine.”

He looked.
He listened.
He moved toward the door.
He moved away.
He processed.

And I stayed with him.

Twenty-seven minutes later, Finn chose to walk outside.

That is WagTime.

We stroll confident dogs, social dogs, seniors, adventurers, nervous dogs, reactive dogs, and dogs who want to stop and investigate absolutely everything.

But we don’t drag race dogs through their time with us.

We meet the dog in front of us.

For Finn, right now, that means helping him unpack his new surroundings, build confidence there, and discover that his new world can become something he enjoys exploring.

Today, getting through the front door wasn’t delaying the stroll.

It was part of the stroll.

And we did it on Finn’s terms.

We’ve been a little quiet on social lately…

Not because the movement zones have slowed down.

Quite the opposite.

We’ve been spending our mornings exactly where we belong out with the dogs.

Staying cool and serving up smiles.

Watching confidence grow.
Following trails.
Stopping to investigate every interesting smell.
Rolling in the grass.
Sitting quietly when that’s what a dog needs most.

Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up trying to document every moment.

We’ve been choosing to be present in them instead.

We’re looking forward to sharing more of the stories, personalities, and adventures because every dog has a story worth telling.

Good morning, early risers. ☀️🐾 ☕️

While most of the world is still sleeping, we’re getting ready for something new.

This summer, a select group of canines will be climbing aboard the Bark Bus and heading out for adventure.

Not a walk.

Not daycare.

An experience.

From wooded trails and open spaces to new sights, scents, and opportunities to explore, Bark Bus Adventures™ are designed for dogs who thrive when they’re given the chance to move, sniff, observe, and simply be dogs.

We’ll be offering two routes:

🐾 Big Feelings Adventure™
For dogs who benefit from a little more space, support, and guidance.

🌿 Rewilded Adventure™
For adventure-ready explorers eager to discover what waits beyond the neighborhood sidewalk.

These adventures will take place early in the morning before the heat of the day, because some of the best adventures begin at sunrise.

Availability will be extremely limited, with only a small number of spots available each weekend.
