With heavy hearts, we share that our sweet Kane went over the Rainbow Bridge on August 29.
Kane joined the Jasper’s Fur Friends family in early 2019, and from the very beginning, he made sure everyone knew exactly who he was. He was our beloved ball hog, our fearless pool j***y, and one of the happiest souls to ever walk through our doors.
Every morning, Kane would race outside and head straight for the pool—whether there was water in it or not. Nothing could stop him from claiming his favorite spot. He had a huge personality, a playful spirit, and a way of making every day more entertaining. And if a new dog happened to be around, Kane had his own unforgettable way of making introductions—sometimes involving a little p*e on my ankle (always great when a dog marks you).
I cannot think of a dog Kane did not like, but I will always remember the ones he truly loved. His favorite friends included Jasper, Phoenix, Tucker, BB, and, especially over the last few years, his best buddy Marmite. Kane’s friendships were real, loyal, and full of the same joy he brought to every day at daycare.
Kane was more than a daycare dog; he was family. Nothing will feel quite the same without him.
Run free, sweet Kane. May there always be a ball to chase, friends to play with, and a pool waiting just for you on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. You will be deeply missed and forever loved

🐾💙 Happy Father’s Day! 💙🐾

Today we’re celebrating all the amazing dads out there—whether your kids have two legs or four!

To the fathers who work hard, give the best belly rubs, share their beds with furry companions, sneak treats when no one is looking, throw countless tennis balls, take early morning walks, and love unconditionally… today is for you.

At Jasper’s Fur Friends, we’re lucky to see every day just how special the bond is between dogs and the humans who love them. Thank you for all the care, patience, protection, and love you give your families—both human and furry.

We hope your day is filled with wagging tails, wet noses, sloppy kisses, and plenty of time spent with those who love you most.

It’s with the heaviest heart to share that Elroy crossed the rainbow bridge on May 28th surrounded by love.
Elroy was the goofiest, most gentle soul. Despite his size, he truly believed he was a tiny lap dog, often cuddling like he was no bigger than a Chihuahua. His sweet nature and playful personality brought so much joy to everyone who knew him.
Sadly, after being sick for some time and his family searching for answers, it was discovered that Elroy had a severe case of Bartonella, likely caused by a tick bite. By the time the diagnosis was made, it was too late for treatment.
Elroy will be deeply missed by all of us here, as well as by his loving family. We ask that you please keep his family in your hearts during this time, as we all know our dogs are not just pets—they are our children.
He left paw prints on our hearts that will never fade. ❤️

Meet Jasper’s newest friend!! This is Cosmo and she is 4 months old. Today is her first day meeting everyone and she did so good considering she came in a little scared and nervous. After about an hour she realized that she was safe and this is a fun place with lots of friends!

🐶❤️ Leaving your dog in someone else’s care is one of the biggest acts of trust a pet parent can give. At Jasper’s Fur Friends, we never take that lightly. Every wag, cuddle, and happy bark is cared for with the same love we’d give our own pups.

n Loving Memory of Sweet Madison (Maddy)
(Nov 2010 – Sept 2025)

Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to our beautiful friend, Maddy, who crossed over the rainbow bridge at the age of 14.

Maddy was more than just a daycare pup — she was family to all here. With her gentle spirit, loving eyes, and sweet nature, she brought joy to me and every dog she met. She had a way of making everyone feel special, whether it was through a wagging tail, a snuggle, or simply her quiet, steady presence.

Though the playroom feel a little emptier now, the love she gave will never fade. Maddy, thank you for sharing your heart with us. Run free, sweet girl — you will always be part of our daycare family.

Ever wondered what a true stress free doggie daycare really should look like??? I’m surrounded by 8 dogs (one is under the throw blanket) while I’m watching my lobby camera so I know when someone is dropping off. Each time a dog comes in everyone starts getting excited and playing and then after they do their “play greet” they come back over to me. Don’t let this picture fool you, in a little bit they will be up playing and running around.
