If you caught my Stories a couple weeks ago, you’ve already seen that face — the magnetic, cartoon‑character mug of Crash Bandicoot, our 5‑month‑old maybe‑Frenchie, maybe‑Pittie, definitely‑adorable mix through He arrived alongside his very handsome Frenchie dad, and from the moment I laid eyes on him, I thought: Oh yeah… this one’s gonna be an in‑and‑out foster.
I mean, look at him. It felt inevitable.
And I was right — a wonderful family is already excited to meet him. But soon after he arrived the dreaded soundtrack of rescue life hit.
First the cough.
Then the drippy nose.
Kennel cough. 😩
So Crash earned himself an extra week of R&R with us (and fingers crossed he doesn’t need longer). Honestly, we’re not mad about the bonus time. Getting to know him has been a joy.
Crash is a sweet, fun‑loving little guy who is constantly on the move — exploring, bouncing, wiggling, investigating, being generally delighted by life. And then, just as suddenly, he crashes (pun fully intended) into a deep, dramatic snooze like he’s been working a full‑time job.
He’s charming, he’s silly, he’s affectionate, and he’s going to make his future family very, very happy.
For now, he’s resting, healing, and soaking up the extra love. And honestly… he deserves his own moment in the spotlight. 🧡
