We are proud to announce a seminar we are conducting for the Finger Lakes Retriever Club, July 18 & 19.

The seminar will focus on preparing dogs and handlers for all 3 levels of hunt tests. "The little things"

*Reviewing basics, beginning drills, tips to solidify basics.

*Tips to introduce live birds.

*What is expected of handlers and what they can expect to encounter.

8 pups- 4 yellow/fox red males, 1 yellow female, 2 chocolate females, 1 black female.
Both parents are awesome house dogs and very accomplished hunters in their offseason. Master Hunters, Hunting Retriever Champion, Master National plates.
Already at just 2 weeks old... walking, eyes open, playing with toys. Big, fat puppies!

It has been a long time since I have been nervous running a dog in a Master test... I cried from the time I left the last holding blind.
Today, Richard C Garner can say he owned an AKC Master Hunter who is qualified for the 2025 Master National! He told me, material things don't matter, "I could live under the Falmouth bridge." But when it came to dogs, hunting and fishing, that is what mattered to Richard.
6 months before he died, he told me how much it would mean to him if he could own an MH dog and run the Master National just once. We never forgot that. When Richard passed away, Mary and I made a mission out of making that dream come true.
Wave came to us by extremely difficulty circumstances, for everyone... but there was no way I was going to let Wave fall by the wayside.

IT HAPPENED TODAY RICHARD. I KNOW YOU KNOW IT TOO!
