Stepping Stone Farms Founded in 2004, our mission is to foster resilience, responsibility & self esteem in at-risk youth & others thru the healing power of horses.

We are a non-profit, 501c3 tax exempt organization that rescues & rehabilitates horses, who then help people. Equine Assisted Learning, Coaching and Mentoring. Equine Assisted Learning using the E3A model: These techniques have been proven effective in dealing with many of the concerns facing people struggling with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. Those who are familiar with horses recognize and understand the ability of horses to influence people in incredibly powerful ways. Developing relationships, training, horsemanship instruction and caring for the horses naturally affect the people involved in a positive manner. Horses have the ability to mirror what human body language is telling them. Horses pass no judgment and horses are honest, which makes them especially powerful messengers.

Here is a cute clip of Ready saying, "MOM!! THIS IS EMPTY!!"
And remember how last year we asked everyone to bring some vegetable oil to the event for the horses? Yeah, that would be great too!

Okay, but seriously, this time of year, Fall/Autumn, we keep all the water troughs and water tanks clean of debris with fine mesh strainers. Strainers/Sieves stand up to farm life. We have a Lot of tanks and need a Lot of Strainers!

🧹🧹Stiff Corn Brooms 🌽🌽🧹🧹
All our Corn Brooms have seen better days. We could really use more Brooms! What Corn Brooms do you recommend? What's the stiffest corn broom you know about? We must use corn cob brooms so that if a stray bristle is eaten it won't hurt any of the animals. A couple links in the comments section. ❤
