Now that he is walking, Caleb got started with agility handling with Charlie and mom, Katie Wee. He was very inquisitive and very much on the move.

Caleb came with mom ( Katie Wee ) and Charlie to agility last night. Give him credit, he crawled the length of turf. 😊 Charlie was a bit distracted taking care of his buddy.

We love supporting children as they learn about agility. True, age 10, made his first visit to the Ark this past week. Sam, Delilah and Dasher were excited to play with him! And you can see in the video, Sam loved running with someone who can really move😁 Thank you True, for visiting us!!!

Greetings all - We found blood markings on various parts of the course tonight. Not sure if was from a dew claw or if someone was in heat. It was dried so I am not sure when it occurred. I do find several dew claws a year in the turf, but generally no blood. Please...be attentive to your dog and what is going on with them. If they are in heat, they need to wear a diaper/pants or stay away until the bleeding has stopped. We really need to protect the facility so that we can all continue to play with our pups without worrying about distractions like this. Thanks everyone!
PS: We sprayed the full course tonight with disinfectant and cleaned up what we found. If anyone finds any additional spots that we might have missed, please mark the area and send me a text.

Wishing all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from our pack to yours!

Just as a friendly reminder to keep track of your use of treats on the course. This can be an obvious distraction to other dogs training.

One last acknowledgement of the great AKC competition this weekend in Tennessee. It was an amazing agility exhibition. Hats off to all...but especially to those from Wisconsin (🙂). To the handlers, their pups, AND to their coaches....your hours of hard work and love paid off.

Great agility runs are happening all around us....every day, every weekend! Isn't it fun to be part of this great team sport??

And yes....I already have worked some new course challenges into this week's layout😂
