New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill has officially proclaimed June as the Month of the Horse.

The equine industry remains an essential part of New Jersey’s heritage, economy, and way of life, supported by the dedicated individuals who help it thrive every day.

What a fantastic day at the Cape May County 4-H Horse Show!

Congratulations to all of our riders who competed yesterday. It was a successful day for the barn with championship ribbons, first-place finishes, and strong rides throughout the day.

As always, horse showing comes with both successes and challenges. Not every round goes according to plan, but every trip through the ring is a learning opportunity for both horse and rider.

Thank you to our riders, families, and horses for representing the barn well. We're proud of the hard work everyone put in and look forward to the next show.

The Colonial Classic schedule is here!! The 2026 Colonial Classic will be held August 28-30, 2026(the weekend BEFORE Labor Day weekend!)
