Well, we might be a little late on that first part.

They say he was the meanest trail boss this side of the Mississippi. Rode hard, drank harder, and never met a horse he couldn’t ride.

Then one day, he met one he couldn’t stay on.

Nobody knows his real name, where he came from, or how long he’s been dead. But judging by the looks of him, he’s been waiting on payday for quite a while.

Now he’s found himself a permanent job at Bogue Chitto Horse Rentals, where the horses are still kicking and the trail boss ain’t.
