Our mission is to maintain a shelter for stray & abandoned dogs & cats in Macon County.

🐾 ADOPTION EVENT SUCCESS! 🐾

All of the cats we brought to our adoption event at Lazy Hiker Brewing Co. in Franklin found their forever homes! ❤️🐱

They were adopted just in the nick of time before the heat really set in! ☀️ We are so thankful to everyone who came out, met our animals, and opened their hearts to adoption.

But we still have 4 sweet pups waiting! 🐶❤️

🐾 2 adult dogs

Could one of them be your new best friend? Come meet them at Appalachian Animal Rescue Center and help us get these last four into loving homes!
