🐾 Friendly Reminder 🐾

To help keep all of our furry guests safe and comfortable, we kindly ask that all pets be picked up within 1 hour of being notified that their groom is complete.

We have limited kennel space, and for the safety of all pets, we are unable to allow pets to roam freely while waiting for pickup. Prompt pickup also helps reduce stress and keeps our spa running smoothly for every client. 💖

We completely understand that work schedules and unexpected situations happen, and we are happy to work with you if prior arrangements have been made with us ahead of time.

Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and cooperation! We appreciate each and every one of you and your precious pets. 🐶🐱
