🐾 A tick-borne illness reminder for our pet families

The map we’re sharing shows a forecast for ehrlichiosis in Williamson County. It estimates that 1 in 15 dogs may test positive. That’s a forecast, not a count of dogs currently sick, but it’s a good reminder to keep up with tick protection.

Ehrlichiosis can be spread through tick bites, and some dogs may show no obvious signs at first. Watch for:

🐶 Fever
🐶 Low energy or loss of appetite
🐶 Joint pain, stiffness, or limping
🐶 Swollen lymph nodes
🐶 Just not acting like themselves

If you notice any of these signs, contact your veterinarian. Ask your vet about tick prevention that’s right for your dog, and check for ticks after time outdoors.

We want every pup who visits Angie’s Pet Spa to stay happy and healthy! ❤️

🐾 Today’s Success Story 🐾

This sweet girl was found roaming the streets of Franklin. After doing some research, the kind people who found her learned that her previous owners had been deported and that she had sadly been on her own for months.

Today, she was finally able to get the care she desperately needed. Beneath all those painful mats was a beautiful girl ready for a fresh start! She can now walk and move freely without the heavy, uncomfortable matting pulling at her skin.

She has a new life ahead of her—one filled with comfort and love. Stories like hers remind us why we do what we do. 💕🐶

Here’s to new beginnings, sweet girl! ✨

🐾📚 PAWS FOR EDUCATION — WE DID IT! 📚🐾

Back in August, we launched Paws for Education, our way of giving back to the teachers and students in the communities that support Angie’s Pet Spa all year long. ❤️

With 3 Angie’s Pet Spa locations in 3 different counties, we were able to spread the love across all of our communities!

🍎 9 local schools
✏️ $150 in school supplies donated to EACH school
🎒 $1,350 in supplies donated to local classrooms!

Today, we made our final deliveries to our Franklin schools, officially wrapping up our Paws for Education event! 🥰

We are so proud that something as simple as booking a grooming appointment with us could help put much-needed supplies into the hands of teachers and students.

And this wouldn’t have been possible without YOU — our amazing clients! 🐶💗 Every appointment during our August special helped us give back to the communities we call home.

To every teacher who works tirelessly to educate, encourage, and love on our kids: THANK YOU! 🍎📚 You deserve ALL the appreciation!

🐾 Paws for Education 2026
Because taking care of our communities is part of taking care of our families. ❤️🩵
