The Mission of Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic (FCVC) is to provide high quality veterinary medicine by offering the most rewarding pet care experience for clients, pets, and employees through satisfying the needs of each beyond their expectations. Graf DVM, and his

late wife Patricia Graf CVT, formed FCVC over 18 years ago. They continued to offer high quality compassionate medical care to the Fountain Valley and surrounding area. Now, he and his daughter, Amanda, are the team leaders of FCVC and share the same goal that Patricia held dear: To serve our community and their pet companion's to the best of our ability.

Dr. Graf, Amanda, and the team of Fountain Creek Veterinary Clinic would like to welcome you to our hospital. FCVC offers business hours from Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 5:30pm and 8:00am to 1:00pm every other Saturday. FCVC provides general practice care and treatment for dogs, cats, avian, pocket pets, and reptiles. Emergencies accepted on case by case basis. Dr. Graf graduated from The Ohio State University in 1989. Our clinic is based on the belief that the needs of our patients, and our customers are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to offering quality and compassion. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and offer your pets quality healthcare.
