Went to check on the north pasture herd as they had not come up all day.

They are all fine, the river (not the actual river, just the one that has formed since the 2023 flood) is just a little too high for them to cross. Smart horses! All came out of the trees and are present and accounted for.

Planned a day trip to Buccees and Menards with Mr. Ed as a thank you for his 18 years of dedication to us and the wonderful horses of Dreamcatchers Equine Rescue . He was a Buc-ees "virgin" and the look on his face speaks to his amazement and approval! A good day!!!

Beautiful Coco Chanel (lot name Glory) is growing up fast.

She is still all legs but uses them to move gracefully with a stunning extended trot. She literally floats!

She is as smart and sweet as she is beautiful. Whomever becomes her human will be truly blessed with the whole package. ❤️❤️❤️

It's mostly just a sales flyer to sell plaques but still kind of neat.

Isn't Beatrice just the cutest little sway back. She's only 7 yrs old. The sway back or lordosis is a genetic defect but it does not slow her down nor does it diminish her value.

We plan to harness train this sweet calm loving mare so that she can pull a cart.

Check back to follow her progress!

When people say "don't blink" they mean it!

How is it possible that it's been 18 years this month since our awesome Mr. Ed Jocz joined the Dreamcatchers Equine Rescue family.

He warned us that we would never "get rid" of him and we must say we are super glad for that!

Ed has given heart and soul to the horses of DreamCatchers. For the past 18 years he has spent almost every weekend here helping to feed the old farts and helping with many projects.

We are so blessed to have Mr. Ed as part of our team. At 81 years young he can run circles around many younger people.

Many thanks to his wife Glenda for sharing this wonderful man with us.

Thank you Ed! And here's to another 18 years!

Strong like bull!

Have you seen me?

Chaps is a 16 yr. old qh gelding who has lived his whole life at DreamCatchers.

He was last seen with the pasture herd on Saturday 2/21.

He did not show up for Sunday morning feeding.

He is 14.1 hands with a blaze being his only marking.

We have searched extensively thru the woods of our pasture and all the areas bordering our pasture. Even using a drone.

We have notified neighbors on all sides and the brand inspector.

If you see him please pm me!

Thank you in advance!!!
