💫SJR Starlight Mist & Tyler Avent 💫

What a great run at the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity in the Open Hackamore! These two tied for 2nd in the Limited Open, finished in the Top 10 in the Intermediate Open, and were just a few holes out of making the Open Finals!

We couldn’t be prouder of “Hoochie” and the job Tyler did in the show pen. We’re so thankful to 7 M-C Land & Cattle for trusting us with this special mare and for always showing up to cheer us on. Having owners who believe in us and support us every step of the way means more than you know! 💚

That stop though 😮‍💨🔥

Even when things don’t go as planned, there are always positives to take away and moments worth celebrating! We’re proud of the good things MK Stylish Misty Cat showed us in the rein work and are trusting the Lord with the outcome, knowing there is always something to learn and be thankful for along the way. 🤍🙏

Rein work is complete in the Open Futurity, and now we turn our focus to herd work Wednesday morning! We’ll keep trusting His plan and take the positives with us as we move forward. 🤠

Louisiana did not disappoint 🤠🐴🐊✨

It was a full week of good horses, great competition, a little exploring, and even better memories. We’re proud of how these horses showed and grateful for every opportunity to put them in the pen.

A big thank you to the Southern Reined Cow Horse Alliance for putting on a great show, to our clients for trusting us with your horses, and to Logan Afshar for being such a huge help all week. We couldn’t do it without you!
