Unfortunately we are losing one of the good ones! As the world evolves so do our careers in this business, one of our own is moving on to other endeavors; we will miss him, but wish him all of the best!! With that being said; we are hiring!!

💥This is *not* a normal loper position.💥

PLEASE read entire job description BEFORE inquiring!

Our program is entirely family oriented right now; everyone is a team player and willing to jump in and help do all duties/chores, big or small. I need whoever is applying to be on the same page as that or you are wasting yours/our time. I’m almost certain you can chat with any previous employee we’ve had here, on how easy we really are to work for as long as your job is tackled!

ISO: a male preferably, only because you will be assisting Christian is duties, I as a woman don’t necessarily want to do around the ranch, if you are a lady up for the job, absolutely inquire!

**Queing in, this is NOT an assistant trainer/2yr old guy position; but we are seeking someone who is not scared; and willing to help with riding 2’s. We have several and there is not enough hours in the day for one person to tackle this and show horses alone.**

💥*Duties include:*💥
Watering/dragging arenas
Loping
Turning back
Saddling/unsaddling
Assisting in c**t starting
Feeding/doctoring cattle when needed
Doctoring of horses
Blanketing in the winter months

Need to be willing to go on the road with us! Cleaning of stalls will be required while on the road, but that is the only time.

**Must be able to drive a truck and trailer!**

Please no outside horses..

At this time we only have housing available for a single person.

Very competitive pay!

‼️Again, I can not stress enough, if you are not willing to be a well rounded team player in all aspects of our barn, including customer relations, please do not inquire about this job. We treat every employee like family, truly. Integrity and hustle can get you further in this business than anything, I will not add anyone to our team that is not on the same page as we are when it comes to that.‼️

After the final class of the day, we are officially closing the curtains on the 2026 NCHA Eastern Nationals, and our girl 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐧 & 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐍 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐧 are coming home with a top 10 finish in the 𝑁𝑜𝑛 𝑃𝑟𝑜！
