Emma the crocodile monitor turns the search for her favorite snack into a chance to explore! Food-based activities like this can encourage natural feeding behaviors while keeping animals active, curious, and engaged.

Thank you, Houston Zoo, for sharing Emmaโ€™s video with all of us! ๐Ÿ’š We love getting a glimpse into her day.

The Denver Aquarium team shared how their North American river otters enjoyed the PetKORE Luna Ring (Zoo)โ€”from floating forage fun to hanging enrichment filled with frozen fish or carrots. We love hearing how enrichment helps encourage natural foraging, exploration, and plenty of curiosity!

Long before PJโ€™s pregnancy, the Naple Zooโ€™s Animal Care team was already preparing her through positive reinforcement trainingโ€”teaching her to voluntarily stand on a platform and maintain the perfect position for radiographs.

This preparation helped PJ feel safe, confident, and comfortable when it was time for her real examination, allowing the veterinary team to monitor her health throughout her pregnancy and support a smooth journey toward birth. ๐Ÿ’š

Weโ€™re proud to share the incredible care and dedication our zoo and wildlife partners provide for the animals in their care! Way to go Naple Zoo team!

We love seeing the incredible care our zoo and wildlife partners provide for the animals they look after. Thank you, Columbus Zoo, for letting us share this special moment!
