Community needs a refresh but you’re working with a budget? No problem… that’s what we doo!

We’ve got a full week of installs and refreshes, and today’s was a perfect example of making the most of what we’ve got.

Our handy-dandy team worked their magic to salvage and repair the parts we could, ordering new only where we had to. Because why replace it if we can fix it and make it doo?

At the end of the day, it’s all about dooing what serves the community best. And we’ve got some pretty dedicated, creative, and handy team members who always find a way to solve for “YES.”

Pretty proud of today’s refresh. Fresh look, fresh function, and a whole lot of dooin’ right.

Bringing old-school cool back in style🍦✌️

Budget season is heating up, so we decided to bring a little chill to our friends at PMG ! We all got together, rolled in with the ice cream truck, and served up all the popsicle goodness because even the busiest days deserve a sweet escape.

A little nostalgia, a lot of laughter, and good people coming together to beat the heat. Because when the workload is heavy and the Texas temps are hotter than a fresh budget spreadsheet, you just gotta keep it cool and pass the pops!

SCOOPY’S DOG TERRITORY PSA

You’re not just stepping into a backyard.

You’re entering a highly guarded canine kingdom, where every gate, fence, bush, and suspicious-looking p**p scoop is under strict surveillance.

You may think you’re there to do a quick job…

But the dog thinks you’ve launched a full-scale invasion.

INTRUDER ALERT.
WHO AUTHORIZED THIS HUMAN?
DEPLOY THE ZOOMIES.

And here comes Fido charging at you like he’s been training for the canine Olympics.

Rule 1:DON’T RUN.
Rule 2: Stay calm and don’t make sudden movements.
Rule 3: Give them space and let them approach you.
Rule4: Don’t reach for them or try to pet them unless they’re clearly comfortable.
Rule 5: Remember… you may be working, but THEY are on their home turf.

Because sometimes that terrifying 70-pound security system comes flying around the corner…

…and then drops a slobbery tennis ball at your feet.

No bite.
No bark.
Just business.

Apparently, you weren’t an intruder.

You were the new ball guy.

A little love letter to customer service…

Today we knocked out an install, replaced a lock, and walked a property to identify replacement parts for pet stations.

Nothing fancy. Just showing up and dooing the right thing.

Because whether it’s Monday, Tuesday or Saturday, 105° or freezing cold, people remember how you treat them.

Much like a handwritten letter, a little effort goes a long way.
