has worked as a Veterinary Technician since 1993 and in that role has developed a deep understanding of not only the physical needs of dogs, but also their social and mental requirements. Michelle has competed at all levels – local through National events- with great success. She is a Gold Medal recipient from the United Schutzhund Clubs of America, was the 2009 SW Regional Vice-Champion and also the 2011 American Working Malinois Association’s FMBB World Championship Team Captain in Belgium. Michelle is currently an AWMA Executive Board Member and is the former USCA SW Regional Director and Executive Board member. Patient, knowledgeable and with a true concern and compassion for both dog and owner, Michelle is sure to be able to help you in all aspects of your training. Found a stray dog? Yay! They are now that much closer to being returned to their loving family. Here is some great advice from Texas Coalition for Animal Protection.

Love them already and want to keep them? Wait!! There are laws in place. Make sure you follow them and report that you have the dog for the legally defined hold period. I love your big heart, that is great! But it is illegal to just keep them without trying to find their old home with state mandated steps.
