Hey ya’ll Just got PawMat cover and let me tell you all something, this is the real deal. I’m still waiting on my new pawmats so I used it today to cover my table as I dryed the dogs, and baby the dogs loved it!!! I loved it. It cut down my drying time drastically. Let’s talk about something that needs to be said…

As dog groomers, we often take the blame for things that are actually owner-related. A beautiful haircut doesn’t just happen in the salon—it’s maintained at home in between appointments.

When proper brushing, combing, and upkeep aren’t being done, coats become matted and unhealthy. At that point, a shave-down isn’t a “bad groom”—it’s the most humane and responsible option.

But instead of understanding that, groomers get dragged online, called inexperienced, or accused of not knowing what we’re doing.

Here’s the truth:✨ The quality of your dog’s haircut is directly connected to the maintenance you put in between visits.

If you want that fluffy, styled finish—home care matters. Regular brushing, consistent schedules, and realistic expectations make all the difference.

Better maintenance = better results. Every time.

or you can book online. If you don’t get an answer I suggest sending a text, or calling right back. We maybe with a customer or working on a dog. I take full accountability about the unanswered voicemails. I check them everyday I am there. However, I am having trouble getting the girls to check them when I am not. I will be addressing this issue with them and we will be better!

Before I head out, I want to talk about the rising costs in the grooming industry.

We shouldn’t be surprised—we’re all living in the same economy where everything is going up. We can’t expect companies not to raise their prices if they want to stay in the market.

The truth is, we love these products and rely on them every single day. We want to see these companies succeed, grow, and continue giving us quality. That means sometimes paying a little more.
