Our power is ON! 🔋🔌

We will be open for business as usual tomorrow, Monday 12 October!

Good afternoon everyone. Just a heads up that our Fort Walton Beach location is still without power and cannot accept boarders. Our Niceville location is running and will be accepting boarding drop offs between 3 and 4 this afternoon. If you had a reservation for Fort Walton and would like to change to Niceville, please call us so that we can be ready.

Primo Niceville: (850) 729-3647

Thank you all.

We hope everyone is recovering from Isaias!

We did sustain some minor fence damage at our Fort Walton location but nothing serious, however, both our Fort Walton and Niceville locations remain without power. Due to this we are still unable to accept dropoffs.

We hope that we can accept boarding drop-offs at noon tomorrow (11 October). We will check again for power in the morning and provide an update around 9am.

Thank you all for your understanding!

🌀 HURRICANE WATCH:

A Hurricane Watch is in effect for our area as Tropical Storm Isaias strengthens. It's forecast to become a hurricane by Thursday and approach the coast Friday, with storm surge of 5-7 feet possible as of 10 AM Wednesday.

A hurricane can cause prolonged power outages, water quality issues, and road closures that leave areas inaccessible for days. To keep your dogs safe, we're taking these steps:

🐾 Daycare is closed Friday, Oct. 9.

🐾 No new boarding drop-offs.

🐾 Boarding families: please pick up your dog or make other arrangements as soon as possible, ideally by Thursday. We're calling owners and emergency contacts directly, so please keep your phone on.

We will continue to monitor and follow the guidance of local officials

Call (850) 301-3647 if you have any questions.

We'll post updates here. Stay safe! 🌀
