Remember, your dog will not be perfect. His needs and desires will not always align with yours. It is unfair to compare him to other dogs. Accept him for who he is, where he is in training and be willing to give him time and love him no matter what. Trophies and attention from others is nowhere near as important as the relationship you have with your dog.
