📢 ATTENTION 📢

CVC will have ammended hours this week July 22-26.

Monday 7/22 - Friday 7/26 8am -2 pm

We will not have a Dr. on site but will be open for food and medication pickups and some technician appointments (at the technicians discretion). If Dr. Fouts needs consulted on any prescriptions there could be a delay in picking up- please keep this in mind and be patient with our staff.

Regular business hours will resume Monday, July 29

Dr. Fouts had a planned absence today 2/2/24 for a conference. We had planned to be open for tech appointments and medication pickups, however due to staffing illness we will now be CLOSED. We apologize for the inconvenience.
