Today we lost a member of the Drooling Dog Family. Grandpa Walter you always made laugh…when you would get excited chasing your mama down with your ears flapping or when you were convinced you were starving and need all the cookies! You brought so much joy to the bakery! He was the perfect example of how much joy you can get when you adopt a senior dog. Please keep Erica in your thoughts—grandpa was her world!

Hug your babies a little extra tonight🐾❤️🐾

DOES YOUR DOG HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME DROOLING DOG BAKERY'S NEXT TOP DOG?

Okay dog parents..this one is going to be fun! The first time Earl was featured in one of the Chewy Commercials, it was such a proud dog mom moment and I want to bring a little of that feeling to you!

We have teamed up with the marketing team at BELL TOWER SHOPS to help raise some much needed funds for Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue! There is a digital billboard at the Daniels Parkway entrance to BELL TOWER SHOPS that rotates ads for the mall tenants. The winners of our contest (top 3 dogs) will have their picture added to the rotation for an entire week! YOUR DOG WILL BE GREETING EVERY PERSON COMING INTO BELL TOWER and will be seen by thousands of people passing every day!

And the best part? We are turning this into a fundraiser to help some dogs who could really use a little extra love right now. Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue has taken in some pretty significant medical cases recently, and as we all know, saving dogs is not cheap. So we thought, why not have some fun, show off your dogs, and raise some much-needed money at the same time!

Here is how to enter

2. Like this post
3. Comment a picture of your dog (no AI photos allowed), your dogs name, and a fun fact about your dog.

Entries will be accepted until 5pm Sunday October 18th.

Yesterday was the 3rd anniversary of my heart/soul dog Bullseye crossing the rainbow bridge and I have been struggling a little bit as I do every year at this time thinking about him! Fast forward to today and the rescue sends me this little brindle girl named Glenda. And I tell ya what—she is nustcwhat my fragile heart needed. Glenda was adopted from GOFAR 2 years ago and lived in a home and was very loved until she came down with some skin issues. Her dad, despite loving her very much, was not able to manage Glenda’s skin issues and he didn’t want her to suffer so the decision was made for her to come back to the shelter. The amazing people at GOFAR have been working to heal her super itchy body and now with some good food, medicated baths, and the right supplements she is making progress and her hair is starting to come back! None of this was her fault and I can only imagine how sad and confused she must be. From the time she arrived. She curled up in the dog bed and just wanted a good nap occasionally getting up for some love and snuggles and an occasional walk. This girl just really needed a day to decompress in a nice cushy dog bed. The first picture is how she was laying when I came over to lay in the bed with her and less than me laying down with her. She turned around and curled her head up on my shoulder. She just wants love. The estimate her to be about five years old. She is very polite loves people loves. Kids was amazing with some dogs that were in the store housebroken… Literally the perfect dog. Can you all do me a favor and help share this post? Let’s see if we can find her a second chance! She so deserves it… Meanwhile, don’t mind me. The rest of the afternoon is not going to be productive because I’ve made the executive decision to lay here with her and give her just a little bit of that love that she’s so deeply wants.

Today’s adoption Wednesday might be one of the friendliest dogs I have ever met!!! People -dogs-kids…. if you are living breathing, this dog wants to be your friend. He loves toys. He loves treats. He loves shoes, but the thing that he loves absolutely most is getting pets.

Me silly he’s a 10 month old poodle weighing in for a forever home. He is being adopted with Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue
