This past Saturday through this Saturday, I've been pet sitting overnights in Alva with Pikachu the cat. No, he doesn't have a lightning bolt, but he's definitely not afraid of thunderstorms! 🐱⚡
I've truly enjoyed spending my week with this sweet boy. He was a little shy at first, but I had a feeling we'd become the best of friends. Over the past week, we've spent our mornings and evenings watching the ducks and birds from the porch with a cup of coffee in hand, taking in some beautiful sunrises and sunsets together. There's just something so peaceful about slowing down and enjoying the little moments.
Of course, there have been plenty of cuddles too! Pikachu has turned into such a sweet purr baby, and getting to earn his trust has been one of the highlights of my week. It's moments like these that remind me why I love what I do so much.
I'm incredibly thankful for the new opportunities I've had this year as I continue branching out across Lee County. Every new client, every new pet, and every new adventure reminds me how grateful I am to do something I'm truly passionate about. My goal has always been to make traveling and time away from home a little less stressful by providing loving, reliable care for each pet as if they were an extension of my own family.
Thank you to all of my amazing clients for trusting me with your four-legged family members. I never take that trust for granted, and I appreciate each and every one of you.
I hope everyone had a safe and wonderful Fourth of July! 🥰🐾
