Great update on Pinky! ❤️

Pinky is one of the pups recently confiscated from horrible conditions. Despite everything she has been through, this sweet girl is getting a chance at a brighter future. Pinky has only partial use of her back end, but that hasn’t stopped her journey toward a better life.

A huge thank-you to our partners at Labrador Retriever Rescue Of Florida! Pinky is awaiting her flight to Jacksonville to an Orthopedic and she will join her new rescue family, where she will have the opportunity to receive the care, love and support she deserves.

Meet Gracie! ❤️

This beautiful 5-year-old girl made a special appearance at today’s Board of County Commissioners meeting, and she stole the show!

Gracie was removed from deplorable conditions by Lee County Domestic Animal Services and needed to have one of her legs amputated. Despite everything she has been through, this resilient girl has nothing but love to give.

Today, Gracie showed everyone that having three legs hasn’t slowed her down one bit! She confidently climbed the stairs and happily soaked up all the attention she could get.

Now, Gracie deserves what every dog should have: a loving home, a soft place to land, and a family who will cherish her for the rest of her life.

Stop by Animal Services today to meet Gracie. You just might be the person who gives this incredible girl the life she so richly deserves.
