📢 IT’S OFFICIAL! OUR NEW PRACTICE SOFTWARE IS HERE! 🐾💻

Today marks the first official day of our new practice software launch at North Valley Pet Hospital! 🎉

As with any big change, there will be a learning curve, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as our team navigates this new system.

⏳ What does this mean for you?
Please expect longer-than-usual wait times over the next couple of weeks as our staff learns and adjusts to the new program. We are working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible while continuing to provide the care and service your pets deserve.

❤️ A little kindness goes a long way! Please be patient with our team, offer a little grace, and know that we’re doing our very best!

Thank you for your continued support, understanding, and trust. We couldn’t do it without you!

🐾 With appreciation,
YOUR NVPH TEAM ❤️

🐾 Celebrate this October! Black cats are sleek, loving, and full of personality, but they are often the last to be adopted due to outdated superstitions. Let’s change the narrative and share the facts! 🖤✨
The Real Facts:
• 🐈‍⬛ Adoption Hurdles: Black cats have some of the lowest adoption rates and face the highest euthanasia rates in shelters.
• 🔮 Outdated Myths: The myth linking black cats to bad luck started in medieval Europe.
• 🍀 Good Luck Charm: In many cultures, including Japan and parts of the UK, black cats are considered symbols of prosperity and good fortune!
How You Can Help:
1. Adopt or Foster: Open your home to a gorgeous mini-panther.
2. Educate: Debunk harmful myths whenever you hear them.
3. Share: Post your own black cat photos using to show how amazing they truly are!
Let's spread the love and help these beautiful felines find the forever homes they deserve. 🖤👇 Comment below with a picture of your favorite black cat!

🐾🍂 LACE UP THOSE LEASHES! 🍂🐾

October 1–6 is National Walk Your Dog Week! 🐕🚶‍♀️

And all month long, we’re recognizing Pet Obesity Awareness Month! ❤️

The cooler October weather is the perfect excuse to get those doggies off the couch and moving! 🌤️🐶

Regular walks and exercise can help your pet:

🐾 Maintain a healthy weight

🐾 Build muscle and stamina

🐾 Support healthy joints and mobility

🐾 Reduce boredom and unwanted behaviors

🐾 Enjoy better overall health and quality of life

🐾 Strengthen the bond between you and your best friend ❤️

💡 Did you know? Even a few extra pounds can put additional stress on your dog’s joints and may contribute to health problems. A healthy weight can make a BIG difference in how your pet feels and moves!

🍁 October Challenge: Grab the leash, step outside, and make some memories together! Start slowly if your pup isn’t used to regular exercise, and choose activities appropriate for their age, breed, weight, and health.

Healthy pets are happy pets—and every step counts! 🐕❤️
