Meet Mojito, the tiny fluffball with a big personality and an even bigger commitment to naptime. 🤍🖤 This adorable medium haired kitten is equal parts playful goofball and professional sleeper. 🤵‍♂️💤

When he’s awake, Mojito loves chasing toys, bouncing around the room, and showing off his kitten energy. But once playtime is over, he transforms into the king of cozy. Seriously… this boy can SLEEP. Curled up in the softest spot he can find, Mojito naps like it’s his full time job, and when he’s out, he is OUT. Deep sleeper status achieved. 🛌😹

Mojito is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and impossible not to love. He’s the kind of kitten who will make you laugh one minute and melt your heart the next. Whether he’s zooming around the house or snoring through yet another epic nap, Mojito brings joy wherever he goes. Celebrated on the third Monday of June, Take Your Cat to Work Day recognizes cats’ impact on our lives. 💗😸 This day was created to acknowledge just how amazing domestic cats are, promote adoption, and support local shelters, like Abandoned Pet Rescue! 🐈‍⬛🩷🩵 Pet Sitters International started Take Your Dog to Work Day in 1999, but Take Your Cat to Work Day wasn’t established until 2005!

While you may not be allowed to bring a cat to work today, volunteering at your local rescue could be the purrfect way to celebrate. 😻 Thanks to volunteers Kaylee, Olivia, and Charlie for spending time with our adoptable kittens recently! 🐈💕

Jordan spent his first night in foster for the weekend with our volunteer Racquel, who often takes him for days out of the shelter! 🏡😍 She said, “Jordan wanted to stop by and say he’s settling in great for his weekend sleepover 🐾 He got a bath, tried on his new PJs, and was ready for a movie night… but I think he already fell asleep 😂”

Jordan is a squishy 3 years old, 57.5 lbs Terrier / Hound mix. He knows how to melt your heart with his sweet eyes (see his pics) and he always greets you with his tail wagging! 🐶💕 Jordan’s start in life wasn’t fair. He was found with a shock collar embedded in his neck, something no dog should ever endure. ❤️‍🩹 Despite that, he is eager to please and absolutely lights up when he receives attention or treats. This good boy is ready for a loving forever home. ❣️

Hold on - meet Wanderin’ Winnie! I bet you’re wondering how we named this kitty. Well, her name is no exaggeration, Winnie just wandered straight to our shelter! We have no idea where she came from, but we do know that she’s an affectionate baby who stole our hearts with her sweet little meows and biscuits. 😻🍞💕

She is super playful and loves toys, always ready to chase, pounce, and bat at anything that moves. Winnie also likes to follow you around, and once you sit down, she will happily hop into your lap for cuddles, making her the perfect combination of energetic playmate and loving companion. 🧶😸💗

Lorenzo is ready to steal the win for the World Cup of Cute! ⚽️🏆🐕

Lorenzo is a little sweetheart that is shy at first meeting, but will quickly be in your lap for attention. He is about 2 years old and 32 lbs. He looks like a Miniature Pinscher / Australian Kelpie mix and has playful puppy energy. He is very quiet and calm in his crate, but he plays like the energetic puppy that he is! Other dogs in a home should enjoy keeping up with his energy. He has been good about going potty outside, and he is treat motivated to learn new tricks. Lorenzo would be a wonderful family dog or best friend. 🐶🥅💕

Meet Rosaline, a lovely diluted calico who’s come a long way from her days on the street. When she was first rescued, she was scared and unsure of people but day by day, she’s learning that human companionship can be pretty great. 😸💕

Rosaline has started to enjoy being pet and will lean in for attention once she feels at ease. She’s also discovered her love for playtime, especially when a wand toy is involved She’ll happily chase and pounce with surprising enthusiasm. Rosaline is still building her confidence, so she’ll thrive in a calm, patient home where she can continue to feel safe and loved. With the right person, she’s ready to keep growing into the affectionate, playful cat she’s meant to be. 😻💗
