Important update: We will be closed for Labor Day weekend from Saturday, September 5 through Monday, September 7.

Why? Because even the people who willingly discuss a**l glands at lunch deserve a long weekend.

We’ll be back - rested, refreshed, and pretending we didn’t spend three straight days removing pet hair from everything - at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, September 8.

If your pet experiences a medical emergency while we’re closed, VEG Fort Lauderdale is open 24/7 at 954-519-5219, located by Trader Joe’s on North Federal Highway.

Have a safe and happy Labor Day weekend! Please celebrate responsibly - and don’t let your dog operate the grill. They’ll say they know how. They do not. 🐾

Birthdays. The end of August brings two special days for our Bayview Family. Please help us wish Taylor and Vaughn - two incredible assets to the Bayview Animal Hospital veterinary nursing team - two of the happiest birthdays around.

Taylor, we love you. Your kindness and empathy, your strength and honesty - you bring both light, and lightheartedness to everyone you see. You are loved and we adore you.

Vaughn - GIRL - where would we be without you. Your sense of humor, your 300% going the extra mile for our patients and clients, your kindness, your NYC-flavor, your care for everyone on your team. Vaughn we love you and we adore you.

Dobby & Franky understood the assignment. 🌴☀️🐾

First stop this morning: a visit with Dr. B.
Second stop: THE POOL. 💦

These two tiny Chihuahuas showed up in full pool attire and immediately became the most important people in the building - thoroughly adored by the Bayview crew, including Mike and Shanice. 😂💕

Excellent patients. Impeccable summer wardrobe. Very busy social calendar.
