It’s been a rough few months.
Tore my meniscus, which aggravated my old lower back injuries.
Step one is getting the knee fixed up and recovering from surgery. As that’s getting better my sciatic pain has started to get more manageable.
Step 2 is figuring out the best course to treat the lower back.
I’m hoping to start training again in the next week or so with the knee and build back up to full capacity moving into august.
Thanks everyone for your support and wishes
