Remember how I said our holiday appointments won't last?! 😅

My personal schedule is full, and I am completely booked for all the upcoming holiday appointments. I will have a list started for my clients if I happen to get a cancellation.

My schedule is tight, and even more so, I am needed elsewhere with a close family member who is sick. If you wanted that holiday appointment, you may have to wait.. and my girls are booking just as fast, with their own clientele. 🫤

Thank you to all those who have worked with me these last few weeks, and anyone in the future. I love and appreciate Every. Single. One. Of you. Looking forward to seeing you all and the pups sometime soon!

🚨 HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY ALERT 🚨

The countdown to Christmas is on, and our book is almost completely full! We have VERY limited availability left from now until the end of December 😱

With that, we are back to not taking on new clients again unfortunately.

Thank you to all those who pre-scheduled their appointments and made sure you were set! We all know how it gets up in here 😉

🎄We will be offering the famous Christmas Package again this year as well, with more details to come later!

📝 We want to let everyone know that Erica, our receptionist, will no longer be with Moose & Jacks. 😢

Even though we will miss her, we are thankful for everything she has done for us and wish her nothing but the best in her next chapter! With that change, our groomers will be taking back over phone calls, rescheduling, appointment questions, ect.. PLEASE leave us a voicemail so we can return your call so we don't miss you! As always, the dogs in our care take priority! 💜

💳 Payment Update — Effective October 1st 2026

Starting October 1st, ALL credit card transactions will have a $3 credit card processing fee added to the total.

We completely understand that paying by card is convenient! However, for our quick services such as nail trims, face cleanups, and other small services, we kindly encourage using cash when possible.

Thank you all for your continued patience, understanding, and support.. We appreciate you more than you know! 💙
