Still no word on our offer for the space that would be converted into a sober living community. So technically our offer has expired. But the last update I got was it’s a committee who has to discuss it and they’re still discussing it. So hopefully we hear something soon! We will keep you all updated.

Coalfield Family Services is currently looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our office team!

🗓️ **Schedule:** 2–3 days per week likely Mon, Wed and Thursday.
⏰ **Hours:** 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 **Occasional Saturdays Required**

This position will involve a **wide range of office duties**, so we are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable taking on different responsibilities throughout the day.

This is currently a **part-time position**, but as our office continues to grow, there is a possibility that the position could develop into **full-time employment in the future**. At this time, however, it is too early to know whether or when that may happen.

✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Must pass a drug screening
✅ Must pass a criminal background check
✅ Must pass an Abuse & Neglect Registry check
✅ Reliable and dependable
✅ Professional attitude and willingness to learn
✅ MUST have prior medical office experience

🗣️ Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

🧩 Occupational Therapist (OT)

💪 Physical Therapist (PT)

🩺 Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

We understand that many healthcare professionals already have full-time jobs or other commitments. That’s why we’re willing to work around YOUR availability!

✔️ Work as little as ONE DAY PER WEEK!

✔️ Flexible days and hours based on your availability.

✔️ Great opportunity for someone looking to supplement their current income.

✔️ Potential to increase your hours in the future if you are interested, as our programs and patient volume grow.

SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY FOR OCCUPATIONAL & PHYSICAL THERAPISTS!

We are also open to arrangements where the licensed OT or PT primarily completes initial evaluations, treatment plans, and required reassessments, while a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides the ongoing hands-on services under appropriate supervision.

This could be a great opportunity for a therapist who only wants to commit to one day per week without carrying a full treatment caseload!
