IMPORTANT INFORMATION / ANNOUNCEMENT

We want to let you know about a change of venue for our upcoming Country Jam on Saturday, August 8th. The event will feature Travis Tritt with special guest Blake Jack & South 35 plus Stadium Dr. Originally slated to be held at Rogers Sports Complex at 1628 Nelson Avenue in Fort Dodge, the event is being moved back to where it has been held since its inception in 2017 at Central Plaza, 901 Central Avenue, in historic downtown Fort Dodge. The decision to move the event is due to significant road construction and road closures that would adversely affect our ability to get 4,500 people to and from the venue (especially the high number of out-of-town guests coming from the west and east). We thank you in advance for your understanding and look forward to seeing you on August 8th.

Meet Joe Douglas (Joey? JD, Juvenile Delinquent?), our clinic cat in training! He was rescued from Highway 20 by some kind, cat loving relatives of mine, and is thriving on all the attention at FPMC. I'm sure he would take time from manning the front desk if you want to stop in and say hello!

We are sad to report that we had to make the decision last week to euthanize Ned the clinic cat after a struggle with some health complications from his diabetes. He was always a gracious and gentle ambassador for FPMC, always up for the next meal and to be petted by visitors or sniffed by curious dogs. We will miss his sweet presence, supervising the office from his bed behind the front desk.

We will be closed Friday July 3rd and Saturday July 4th to observe the national holiday. Please plan accordingly for any medication refills or anti-anxiety meds for fireworks.
