After hours service contact:
1. 426-3086 will give you information about availability. It will also give you the secondary number to call when Drs are available. Call that first. Because of VOIP system deficiencies, it rings a loong time before you hear the voice message. It's less than 20 seconds; please have patience.
2. Usually, but not always, we are at home - so after step 1, call the home number 426-3043. Quite often we are already working on another animal emergency (or running errands or doing outdoor work & repairs to keep this place going) -so we may not answer. You can leave a message on that number and we will respond once we are free.
Since going to internet based telephone, there have been a lot of outages, that is the cost of progress. Not that we were in love with landlines either.
Please never contact the doctors on their personal cell phones.
Please never leave urgent messages here on FB, or via Messenger, or email.
If you cannot make contact, there are veterinary clinics in Alpine, Monahans, Fort Stockton, Pecos, and emergency clinics in El Paso and Midland.
