Behind the scenes at Canine Candy HQ (aka: us squatting inside Crooked Beech Brewing Company).

Listen, we love Crooked Beech. We love their b**r, we love their vibe, and we especially love that they let us run our biscuit operation out of their space. Do we occasionally get in the way? Probably. Is Arlo the dog the one actually calling all the shots and running this operation? Absolutely.

This is what community looks like in Loveland—sharing space, upcycling ingredients, and local businesses helping each other out. Come by Crooked Beech, grab a pint, and grab a bag of treats. We promise we cleaned up after ourselves today.

Well this is pretty neat.

Denver's dog bakeries go well past the biscuit. Cosmo's has baked low-and-slow treats for more than thirty years and builds custom cakes in colors and themes you pick, while Bite Me keeps bone-shaped birthday cakes in the freezer. Good Dog Bakery just relaunched as an independent, and Canine Candy makes allergen-free biscuits from spent Colorado brewery barley. 🎂🐕

We are proud to sponsor this incredible backcountry duo. The OneWorld Canine Obstacle Run is an action-packed 4-mile course featuring over 30 obstacles—including mud pits, water crossings, and climbing walls—designed to test the strength, trust, and bond between handler and dog.

To make sure they're repping Canine Candy down South, we set them up with fresh apparel and loaded them down with plenty of our upcycled biscuits for fuel (and to share with fellow competitors along the trail!).

Run Fur Fun Spooktacular 🧙‍♀️✨👟 is just a couple weeks away on October 24th, at Odell Brewing Co! Dogs are welcome, costumes are encouraged, and spooky fun for the whole family!

There will be live music by Sugar Britches, a free celebratory b**r from Odell Brewing Co, a tasty pancake from Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, and ice cream from Blue Bell Ice Cream. 🍦🥞🍺

All proceeds of the event go towards our furry friends in need! 💛

Well, folks, another tourdecorgi is officially in the books, and our cheeks still hurt from smiling at a few thousand stubby legs and wiggle butts.

To everyone who shuffled, waddled, and marched through Old Town with us: THANK YOU! Seeing a sea of low-riders wearing tiny hats, hot dog buns, and full superhero capes is proof that Northern Colorado truly has its priorities straight. Every purchase you made helped our little business get just a little bigger—and directly helped support our Rescue of the Season, Scroungy Dogs and Pretty Pups Rescue.

A massive, tip-of-the-cap thank you to Malini and Tracy—the absolute masterminds behind this glorious madness. Organizing a festival of this size (and herding hundreds of stubby-legged free agents) takes superhero-level patience, and you two pull it off with so much heart year after year. 👑

Huge shoutout to visitftcollins for warmly welcoming the chaos and letting us transform Civic Center Park into the undisputed Corgi capital of the West. It’s officially a tradition, and we wouldn’t trade this goofy community for the world.
