Pug Partners of Nebraska What is Pug Partners of Nebraska? Pug Partners of Nebraska is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and re-homing purebred pugs

Mission
Pug Partners of Nebraska is a 501c3, non-profit organization comprised of dedicated volunteers who are committed to rescuing and re-homing pugs in need. We believe that all pugs deserve a chance to be loved and to love a human companion. A majority of our rescue pugs come from what is called a puppy mill (a mass breeding facility), we are very dedicated to these special dogs and providing

them with the life they deserve. Our main purpose is to provide all of our rescue pugs with a loving foster home, quality dog food, medical care, and any other need that they may have while in our care. Our ultimate goal is to place each pug into a forever family that will continue to show the pug love, attention, and provide the care that they each deserve. We strive to educate our adopters and the public about our wonderful pug breed. Although pugs are quite different from most breeds, we want to show people how amazing these small dogs can be, and how they are great companions. Vision Statement

Pug Partners of Nebraska provides a service to the community for pugs in need, by rescuing purebred pugs that are in shelters, puppy mills, whose owners can no longer care for them, and for those who have become lost/abandoned and to place them in a loving and safe permanent home where they will be loved and cared for as companion pets. When that sunbeam hits juuuuust riiiiight! ๐Ÿ”†

Lincoln is looking for his forever family โ€” someone who will show up for the belly rubs, the couch cuddles, the lazy mornings in bed, and all the snuggles in between. He's house-trained, great with kids, loves meeting new people, and will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you.

Annabelle's internal clock said it's time for dinner. Her internal clock was wrong. She would like to speak to a manager.

๐Ÿ’œ Sweet Annabelle is ready to find her forever home. ๐Ÿ’œ This gentle 5-year-old girl who spent her early years at a breeder is now blossoming into the most polished little lady you've ever met. She sits politely for treats, has barely barked twice in all of foster care, and will not be peer-pressured into joining the neighborhood dogs when they bark. She has standards

Her love language? Proximity. She doesn't need much โ€” just to be near her people. She's also a toy connoisseur (stuffies with squeakers, specifically) and a committed treat enthusiast (yes, even fruit). She's new to walking on a leash and has already learned to take her "sniff-spections" very seriously.

Annabelle is good with dogs, cats, and calm kiddos. With regular and consistent breaks, she's reliably house trained, crate trained, and doesn't need a fenced yard. She just needs a patient family who will love her well and keep up with her daily walks.

๐Ÿ  Home for good: A Pug Partners alumni update! ๐Ÿ

There is a pug-sized gap between pug mama Maria and whatever object is nearest to her. Myles will find it. Myles will fill it. Myles will not apologize. ๐Ÿพ

Maria says "โ€œMyles has to constantly be by my side. He'll wedge himself where ever to be by my side or feet.โ€ Maria adopted Myles from PPN over a year ago and it certainly looks like he's settled in quite nicely!

Meet Pratt. ๐Ÿพ
Seven years old. Four teeth. One very distinguished snaggle. And a whole second chapter just waiting to begin.

Pratt came to Pug Partners of Nebraska ready for a new adventure. Discovering the joys of couches, cuddles, and settling into the the best spot on the bed. He's new to all of that. But he's learning, and his foster mom says he follows her everywhere. Partly for safety. Mostly for snacks. We'll take it. ๐Ÿฅน

He's looking for a home with:
โœ”๏ธ Patient women (he's still warming up to men)
โœ”๏ธ A confident dog to show him the ropes
โœ”๏ธ A fenced yard & consistent schedule
โœ”๏ธ Someone who knows good things take time

If you have room in your home (and your snack drawer) for a seven-year-old gentleman still figuring out what it means to just be a pug, Pratt would like to meet you.
