We will be closing the office at noon today due to the weather and will reopen after Christmas on Tuesday, December 27. There will be no change to our regular business hours for the New Year. Hello to our human and furry friends! We have decided to continue offering car-side care through the summer and into the fall. We will keep you posted when that changes. Due to the current bump in COVID cases, and continued need to practice social distancing, we feel that this is still the best way to keep our clients and employees safe while maintaining the health of your pets. Don’t forget to use our handy drive through window if you need to pick up medications!

Hello! Here is an update on the happenings at Forestville Animal Hospital as things are continuing to change in our communities. As of now, as our area is beginning to reopen, we are going back to seeing routine and wellness appointments along with the more critical ones. However, due to the recent increase in COVID cases in the county, we will be continuing our curbside service. We understand that it can be stressful at times, as it is for us as well, but we appreciate your continued understanding and patience. The health and safety of our patients and their humans is important to us! 🐱 🐶

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy! We are still currently open for appointments for more emergent situations and will schedule less critical or things that can wait, for the future. Our car-side service will be continuing. We really appreciate your patience and cooperation. If you have questions about your pet’s condition or if you need an appointment, please give the office a call! If you need a refill of medications, consider trying out our drive-through window located between us and the bank. Please call first to place your order.

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING COVID-19
March 22, 2020

NYS has made many changes to their regulations over the last week due to the corona virus. We are continuing to make our own changes to ensure that we are following these regulations. Veterinarians are considered essential employees for emergencies at this time, therefore we will be limiting our appointments to more emergent or zoonotic (sharing with humans) illness, issues or picking up essential medications. If you have any questions about your pet’s condition please call us! We will still be available for those questions during our regular posted hours.

If you are bringing your pets to be seen, please still make an appointment first and call when you arrive in the parking lot. We will come out to you and bring your pet into the hospital for care. Dogs must be on a secure leash and cats must be in a secured cat carrier. Please stay home if you are having signs of illness especially respiratory.

We are still making every effort to be as available as we are allowed and able to be for you and your pet’s while maintaining a clean and safe environment. We ask for your cooperation and understanding at this time. Thank you!
