This handsome young man was found running free up on Moose River track in the town of Web near the Oneida County line. He’s been running for quite some time. He’s a little thin. He has no collar and no tags. Does anyone know who owns this boy?

Remember this little cutie. Troy was adopted through puppy kuddles k9 rescue. And is now with a fantastic family.
