Sometimes life puts us in a position to help others, and I have always been a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. ❤️
The breeder we got our beautiful Freya girl from, whom we absolutely adore, recently reached out to us with a special request. Their family is going through a very difficult time, and they asked if we would be willing to take in their litter of puppies.
They told us how much they love the way we care for our animals, the love we give our Freya girl, and how we treat every one of our fur kids like family. That alone means more to us than they probably realize. ❤️
So, of course, we said YES! 🐾
We will be welcoming a beautiful crew of 8-week-old Maremma Sheepdog puppies!

🐾 A little about this amazing breed!
The Maremma Sheepdog, also known as the Maremmano-Abruzzese Sheepdog, originated in Italy, where these magnificent dogs have spent centuries protecting sheep and other livestock from predators.
If you love the Anatolian Shepherd or Great Pyrenees, this is definitely a breed worth learning about!
Although they are their own distinct breed, Maremmas share many characteristics with other large livestock guardian breeds.
🤍 Loyal and protective – Naturally devoted to their family, property, and livestock.
🤍 Gentle but powerful – Known for their calm personalities while possessing strong protective instincts.
🤍 Independent and intelligent -These dogs were bred to think for themselves and make decisions while guarding livestock.
🤍 Excellent farm guardians -They thrive when they have space, purpose, and a job to do.
🤍 Family devoted -With proper socialization and training, they can be wonderful family companions, but they are not your typical easygoing house dog. They need owners who understand livestock guardian breeds!

We want everyone to understand that we did not breed this litter. We are simply stepping in to help a family who needs a little extra support during a very difficult chapter of their lives.
We know firsthand how much love these big, beautiful dogs have to give because our Freya girl has completely stolen our hearts! ❤️
At the end of the day, it’s not always about business. Sometimes it’s about helping someone when life gets hard, doing what’s right for the animals, and being the reason someone has one less thing to worry about.
We are thankful this family trusts us enough to place their babies in our care, and we will do everything we can to help these puppies find the loving, appropriate homes they deserve.
