Attention exhibitors!

Once ranch moves to the hill, the arena will be open to all!

We will then drag and set up for barrel & pole expos for a start time of 4pm.

Game show will not start prior to 5pm!

Important update to volunteer hours!!

It is our last show of the season! That means any hours you work, and log as you work, can be used to fulfill an amount you need for stalls or camping!

For example, if a person has 4 hours currently, if the work n log 3 more, they can use that for their stall! We just ask that you show proof of the log to the office. That way when hours are finalized, all the numbers work correctly.

No matter the size of a show, it always takes our wonderful volunteers to help achieve smoothness. Thank you to each and every one of you that step up!
