It’s been a minute since we’ve posted.

Thank you all For your understanding after having to cancel our July Show due to the Air Quality situation.

But don’t worry- preparations for September are underway!

Be on the look out for registration for our Sorting which will be held the evening of September 19th! We will have a novice and an open division again!

The showbill is pinned at the top of our page, and we will have paid cattle warmups again Friday evening!

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS‼️‼️‼️

With regret, but respect, we have chosen to CANCEL this weekend show.

With the air quality and impending weather, we have decided it best for humans and animals alike to not put on our show this weekend.

This decision was not made quickly and many scenarios were reviewed before the final decision was made.

We appreciate all of you and hope to see you in September at our show 19/20.

If you have PAID for your stalls and camping for this weekend, it will be rolled into our September show. Please contact Erica Croyle with questions.

MEET OUR CATTLE JUDGE!

Ryan Smith and his family own and operate Rydon Performance Horses and 4S Livestock in Glade Spring Virginia. At Rydon Performance Horses he specializes in training and showing cutting horses, and educating non pro and amateur riders on the weekend level and limited aged events. 4S Livestock is a stocker cattle operation tucked in the beautiful mountains of south western Virginia. Ryan is a National Cutting Horse Association judge and serves as a NCHA director for Area 17.

📸 I’ll be at the FARHS show this weekend at Crooked Creek with my camera, capturing all the action!

From candid moments around the grounds to riders giving it their all in the arena, I’ll be photographing events throughout the weekend.

If you’re competing, be sure to smile (or at least pretend not to notice the camera 😉)! After the show, photos will be uploaded and available for purchase so you can remember your weekend with high-quality images.

I can’t wait to see everyone at Crooked Creek—good luck to all the exhibitors, and have a fun and safe show! 🐴❤️

⌚️ITS TIME FOR ANOTHER RANCH SHOW!!!!!!

💕 We can't wait to see you this weekend!

🐂 Cows will arrive Friday, and we will have paid cattle warmups starting no earlier than 7pm- offering both Herdwork and Boxing $30 each run, sign up in the office.

📷 Lead Mare Photography will be joining us ringside for all your memory documentation!

🐎There's still time to sign up for Freestyle Reining- entries will CLOSE at NOON on Saturday. The event will not begin before 7pm on Saturday.

🍔 EDIT: The FAHA Kitchen will be CLOSED all weekend. HOWEVER- we will have self serve, CASH pay FOOD available in the during lunch and dinner hours.
